Shaun's Turkey Breast Burger
- 100g of turkey breast
- Whole grain hamburger bun
- 2 eggs
- A slice of cheese
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Spinach, arugula, wild rocket, tomato slices, cucumber slices (optional)
- Cut your hamburger bun in half.
- With a teaspoon of olive oil, pan fry the eggs.
- Assemble the ingredients - a few slices of turkey breast, hamburger buns, cooked eggs, slice of cheese, and vegetables.
- Ready to serve!
