Combo Exercise

  • The Spinning Cobra - Warm up with a quick 5 minutes spin. Add some push ups and elbow taps to max out your routine. While still on the bike, do some punches and other arm exercises, to warm up the next set of muscles.
  • The Squatting Eagle - Do a few squats with thrusters.
  • Russian Twists - Time to hit the core. Do a few Russian Twists with scissor kicks.
  • The Bird Dog - Esp helpful for golfers to maintain a strong core and great overall balance.
